Choose the type of care, then type your facility’s or agency’s name. Its page opens, and that’s where you’ll claim it.
How claiming works

- Sign in or create your free account with a code sent to your email.
- Confirm you work there. We call or text a code to the facility’s listed phone number, or you send proof to our team.
- Update your listing and invite colleagues to help.
Claiming is free. By phone it takes a few minutes; documents are reviewed by our team, and we email you when there’s a decision.
